Thank you to the Cullman Fire/Rescue Department, City of Cullman and citizens of Cullman for allowing Sunbelt Fire to work with you on the purchase of your new E-ONE Custom Rescue Pumper. This truck was designed by the fire department to be prepared for any emergency that may happen in Cullman and surrounding area. As you can tell, this truck is fully prepared and has some of the most innovative features in the industry. E-ONE has done an incredible job on the safety and quality of this this truck and is always committed to the safety of the firefighter. This truck is built on an E-ONE Quest Roll Cage cab with air bags throughout. The cab has three medical cabinets in the rear and many more features. It is powered with a Cummins ISM 450 and Allison 4000 EVS transmission. It has a Waterous 2000GPM pump with a CAFS system. It has a Wil-Burt light tower with a 20KW Smart Power generator. All nozzles, deck gun, ground monitors, intake valves and adapters are from Task Force Tips. The body is full depth/full height rescue compartments with multiple options on roll out trays, shelves,, and tool boards. Has hydraulic ladder rack for ladders/pike poles. Hosebed is covered with aluminum covers and will hold 400' of 2.5" hose and 1200' of 5" LDH hose. It has coffin compartments for extra storage up top. When it comes to using petrol lawn mowers, you'll need to put them through a series of tests to make sure that they are constantly in top condition. Regular maintenance will help to keep your mower's quality and will prevent the need for constantly replacing them which will save you money in the long run. If you neglect your mower then the chances are that you will have to spend a small fortune on replacing it every so often.

Servicing your piece of quality machinery is pretty simple and will get easier the more you do it, as they say practice makes perfect. You should do it at least once and year and soon it will become a routine that it will only take you two hours or less. You'll wonder what the problem was in the first place.

You'll need to place petrol lawn mowers on a surface that's flat so you can carry out the maintenance work. From there, you can disconnect the wires to the spark plugs, this is a safety precaution. You'll need a spark plug wrench to remove the spark plug to be able to replace it. This is something that you'll need to do every one hundred hours that the engine is in use.

You'll need to clean out the gas tank, which means adding fuel stabilizer to it. Do this according to the instructions on the bottle. After each 50 hours of use, you'll need to change the oil, which should be done by draining the current oil and then refilling it with the new oil. You'll also need to change the air filter, which is done by taking off the cover to the air filter and removing the old one from the machine.

The blades will need sharpening or replacing every 100 hours of use. You'll need to decide which one you want to do. If there are a lot of chips in the blades, they'll need replacing but you could find that the problem is just that they're becoming too blunt to cut anything and sharpening will do.

After each 25 hours of use, you'll need to look at the drive belt. This can become damaged or just wear down over time and may need replacing. Again, you'll need to make this decision as it could just need tightening. You'll also need to check that the shield at the back of the lawn mower is not damaged and check for any build up of grass.

A hose is an important accessory that sends the pressurized air flowing out of the compressor to attached application tools. Hose conveys the air flow and acts as connection between the two systems. All are familiar with the air hoses used in garages to inflate tires with air delivered by a compressor. However there is variety of hoses according to diameter, length and material which also determine their price.

While air compressor generates high pressure air, some connection is necessary to deliver the air flow from compressor outlet to the application tool. Hose pipe connects the two systems or dispatches air flow to the action site by two adapters fixed at its two ends. The compressed air flow may be necessary for functioning a nail-gun, sander, drills, paint guns and many other pneumatic tools and appliances that do not work on electricity. The compressor may be stationary and the application tool or site may be distant from it. Sometimes heavy portable compressors are carried by a car to the jobsite which may be a construction area and the compressor may need to deliver air flow to various pneumatic appliances from the car. Air compressor hose comes into play in these cases.

For general purpose and household applications a 25 ft long and 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch diameter hose is sufficient. Apart from these two common measures, other diameter hoses are also available for industrial purposes. Good quality hoses should be flexible, durable and withstand high temperature. The connectors at the two ends may be turned by a lathe or molded in parts. Lathe shaped connectors are durable while molded ones tend to crack or leak fast. Hose pipe should be free from leak and protected from damage during use. Connecting good quality hose at the application tool side gives better air flow supply. Long hose pipes come coiled up in a reel which can retract the hose. A good quality reel provides protection to hose pipes and house them inside a metal casing.

Body material of the hose is very important. Generally Polyurethane (PUR or PU), a polymer of organic units linked by urethane or carbamate linkage are used to manufacture high pressure compressor hose. This compound is physically flexible, resilient, lightweight, and can withstand frictional wearing to some extent. Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) is another synthetic material composed of thermoplastic polymers which is used to make hose for special applications. They can withstand high pressure up to 145 PSI or more. Rubber is the most preferred material for hose pipes. They are abrasion resistant, withstand high temperature and pressure and highly flexible.
